Brown butter. I loved the way it smelled — it took over the entire kitchen! When trying anything with brown butter, its presence was always the strongest.
Brown Buttah aims to provide everlasting memories through your taste buds. I changed the “er” in butter to pay homage to my great aunts of Trinidadian descent, who made a living selling their sweet treats to the neighborhood. They would have pronounced it Brown Butt-AH. Brown Buttah represents the fusion of modern French pastry and classic Caribbean pastry.
